Possible New Sailing Skill?

T'was over on TEST tonight -- and there's a new circle in the "Ship Maneuvers" section of the Sailing skill! Upon moving me cursor over it, the following was revealed:



Although it's the last circle (after Take Cover), there is no other indication at what level the skill might unlock.

Sounds somewhat similar to Taskmaster -- except it increases the recharge rate over a set period of time, rather than by a percent. In addition to effecting sailing skills like Full Sail or Come About, might it also have an effect on the recharge (i.e. loading) rate of your crew's cannons?

Something else to ponder: If this new skill does, indeed, make it into the game, will additional skill points be able to be earned to apply to it? Or will they somehow allow us to reallocate existing points?

Good questions. Or will they just use it to further torture maxed out pirates?

Here's the latest info from the test server on this new skill:

It is now called "LEADERSHIP" and unlocks when you successfully complete the Boss Battle. You apparently don't need skill points for it (at least, not yet).
