Working Grenades, How?

What be ways to work'in me dang blasted grenade thingys.

I be get'in nowhere quick if me grenades work at all.

I be sending meself in into the brig, that be seem'in better then wasting me coin on them grenades, LOL

aye mate i agree ..but phew jade finally getten something outta of em other than de pokie sigh they sure are costly after haven ta buy em and then tonic ye way through, sigh it gets some better with work lol like all de rest,just takes some doen and good friends like slater to explain em to ya sigh

Suzie Sword Slinger be the Grenade level up expert. Tip's she's given me as follows.


Always use yer right mouse button to aim em just like yer cannon.


I find little tweaks up and down make all the difference.


Don't spend yer points to quick as yer level probably best to keep yer damage fairly low to get more rep.

Hide behind the fence at Kingshead and pull the big group o soldiers toward ye with yer long throw then just blastem. They aint clever enough to jump over the fence to get yer.


On the whole static targets are easiest to hit.


If ye got a couple of big friends get one of em to pull a crowd of bad guys while the other keeps em alive with dolly and you lob nades.

Giant crabs give good rep from about L5 to l10 if ye keep yer skillpoints lowish.

Finally the old disable a Voodoo user with a few shots of hexeater technique creates a sitting duck for ye to practice yer aimin on. Padres beach or el suderon good fer this.

Aye Slater, the trick with working grenades is to get as many in the the fight as you can handle. Then you get more reps with less ammo used. Therefore reducing the amount spent on the "blasted" things. LOL And yes most definetly if someone needs to work voodoo have them help you, you do get credit for healing pirates during battle, even if you dont attack the enemy yourself. Its all trying to figure out the perfect combo for getting most reps, kinda like milking a bldg in Toontown with your gags for most credit you can posssibly get. It's an art and science involved. LOL Just takes practice, YOU CAN DO IT!

Boo hoo. Mates I be only a lvl 3 on grenades just can't get the hang of them. But thanx to the crossbone crew and me mates on the Monkey Lord crew my other weapons are coming along nicely me be 10 and above in all. All you guys are awesome. Thanx to my mate Slater, MiniJade and Kat for the help doing those quests on Padres. Nasty Gypsies and Grenadiers in those caves.
